Organ transplantation is one of the greatest medical achievements of all time. Transplantation of human organs is an extremely effective way of saving lives and recovering from death threatening situations. There are several factors that motivate the present thesis. First of all, there were no studies on the damage of organ trading related article in the Mongolian Organ transplantation law in comparison with. Therefore, organ transplantation is admitted for the last treatment to a dying patient and for a big problem to solve in Korea. Thus, the purpose of the study is to analyze more details in the parts of the Mongolian Organ Transplantation law in comparison with Korean Organ Transplantation law. Based on the real data, the practical diffuculties and problems were discovered during the study. As a result of the study, the author offers some ideas for further improvements in relation to the damage or loss related parts of the Mongolian Organ Transplantation law. The study shows that the damage related article of the Mongolian Organ Transplantation Law must be improved at the international level and needs to be amended in the future. Based on the detailed contrastive analysis, the generalized summary was made for each part of the law. Moreover, the author suggests some ideas how to improve the article of the Mongolian Organ Transplantation law in the future.
