The FIDIC suite of contracts has emerged as an international standard for managing construction projects, offering comprehensive dispute resolution mechanisms. This paper examines the compatibility of FIDIC's dispute adjudication processes with Mongolia's legal framework. Key elements of dispute resolution, such as claims management, Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB), and arbitration, are compared with domestic practices. The study identifies gaps between international standards and local law, proposing measures to integrate FIDIC contracts more effectively into Mongolia's construction industry. By addressing legal and practical challenges, the research highlights opportunities to ensure fair and efficient resolution of disputes in large-scale infrastructure projects.
